How do They Make Money?
In order to offer their service for free to their customers, BillBuddy need to make their money in other ways. Many companies offer incentives to get new customers, which is especially true in the energy market.

Unfortunately BillBuddy doesn’t have an app, although when you sign up you’re given access to their customer portal which is practically the same as an app apart from it doesn’t have those annoying push notifications. So is a win in my book.

Is it Easy to Cancel / Unsubscribe?
Yes it’s very easy to cancel the BillBuddy service. You just need to contact their support via email at [email protected] and they’ll do the rest.
As the contracts for your services like energy and broadband are directly with the supplier, those services will continue as normal. The only change is that Billbuddy will no longer be searching the market for a better deal on your behalf.
Once cancelled, you’ll then be able to switch to any supplier you choose if you’ve seen a particularly good deal that’s caught your eye.
Are There Any Exit Fees?
No there are no exit fees. You are free to leave at any time from the Billbuddy service.
Exit fees may be imposed by certain suppliers depending on the contract that you’re on, although these will be made clear to you before you sign up. You’ll also be given a 14-day cooling-off period when you change supplier so have plenty of time to change your mind if a certain deal isn’t right for you.
